Cask at the Smithfield. Deep amber colour with white head leaving plenty of lacing. Fruity aroma, slightly floral and a hint of spice. Initial sweetness gives way to a long bitter finish. Medium body and light carbonation makes it a great session beer.
I was given a free pint of this bitter by the then landlord at the time as I was one of two people cheering on Warrington’s rugby league Shield victory in the Autumn of 2011 - the other was his mate, an ex-Wolves player, hence the freebie. I don’t remember it too well except it was a pretty decent bitter as the landlord asked me to comment on it for him and I know I liked it. yespr (45398) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2010

Amber coloured fruity and lively with a hop finish. DruncanVeasey (8226) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - JAN 4, 2009
You know where. Amber, lacy and collared. Looks a bit nitro. Smothered aromas hinting at peppery apple fruit, strawberry. Boiled sweets again, caramel, hop traces. A bit slick and clinical. Squash-like stillness. Onwards!
