Cask at The Green Dragon, Leek (JDW) A clear amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma of peach, elderflower, a little apple and subtle biscuity malt. Taste of peach, slight elderflower, some biscuity malt, a little caramel and subtle plasticy resin. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, slightly sharp, citrus hop bitterness in the finish. A nice of aroma of sweet fruits and balanced flavour, however it’s a little thin for a 4.6 and malts used are slight underwhelming. Ok. gegwilson (3784) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - OCT 9, 2014
Cask in the Town Street Tavern. Amber with a cream head. Toffee with bitter green fruit hop notes. Not great, leaving a slightly unpleasant aftertaste. ManVsBeer (10927) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 7, 2012

From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is malty, light caramelish and mild fruity. Bitter, toasted malty, citrusy to peachy fruity, light butterish. Bitter and citric fruity into a dry finish. tombyars (1749) - Saltcoats, SCOTLAND - FEB 23, 2012
First tasted this in the Salt Cot, Saltcoats (JDW) in August 2007. Cask, handpump dispense. Clear pale amber in colour with a thin white head. Sweet note of fruity malt in the short aroma. Thin mouthfeel and good lacing. Pale malt gives a tea biscuit and juicy pink grapefruit flavours evident in the mouth. Short note of hop resins give a dusty bitter aftertaste, quick in duration. Finish is slightly malty with dry citric fruit notes present. An ok session bitter.

Cask at the Draft House. Pale amber pour with a light white head. The nose is moderately bitter with a little bit of light sweetness. A touch of soft sweetness and a bit of fruity malt. Soft fruit and a little bit of stewed grain. It’s a yeast forward sort of bitter but it’s still quite good A little bit of toffee and some herbal flavour.
