Cask @ 3 Judges. Clear goldne colour, off-white head. Nose iscitric, light malted. Flavour is malty, citrus, slightly flowery, bit of rubber. Slightly bitter finish. The last bit of the cask. JohnRMurdoch (5056) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - AUG 23, 2011
Cask @ The 3 Judges. Fruity hoppy malty aroma. Golden brown colour, reasonable head. Fruity malt flavour, bitter aftertaste. OK it was at the end of the cask but this I think is more a bitter than an American Pale Ale.

On cask at Odiham and Greywell Cricket Club. Poured a deep golden colour with a very hoppy aroma. The beer is very full bodied also which certainly ticked all the right boxes for me and proved another very drinkable pint from those at Phoenix. MiP (15973) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAR 29, 2011
Cask, 4.6%. Mild dusty aroma. Almost clear dark golden colour. Nice firm white head. Sweetish fruity flavour, red berries. Very well-balanced. Not like American IPA, but very good. yespr (47567) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2010

29th May 2009. Clear light amber beer. Immediate juicy hoppiness but not that bitter or overwhelming. evergreen0199 (3494) - Northwood, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 9, 2009
Cask at Ealing beer fest 2009. Golden pour with light head on top. A nice hoppy aroma. Hoppy, citrus, slightly bitter taste. Not bad but this ain’t no US style beer IMO. DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 28, 2009
Cask in the alfread herring. Alround rating: Biscuity british malt, grassy small lemon hop character, dry bitterness. Too british in style, needs more american hop late additions. DruncanVeasey (8283) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - APR 27, 2009
The Figure of Eight (JDW), Broad St, Birmingham. I’ve been after this one, and it’s good but lightweight. Dusty red amber with a slender white rim. Musky hopleaf aroma with a good squeeze of citrussy resins. Faint Brewdog Punk IPA-like lychee and mandarin notes with biscuit. Quenchingly hoppy, but was expecting more. Punk IPA shandy. downender (8891) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - APR 19, 2009
Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms, Bristol (JDW) 19/04/09. Deep gold with a frothy white head. Decent hoppy, aroma with plenty of citrus and orange blossoms and a touch of caramel. Flavour started sweet, with some marmalade, more citrus hops and a very long, dry finish. Very enjoyable.
