Re-rate - 7/30/13: Draft at Alla Spina. Murky orange gold with thin white head and minimal white lace. Nose of citrus, grapefruit, granny smith, copper, funk, spice. Medium to light body, light tartness, spice and metallic finish. emacgee (4711) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - NOV 11, 2012
Soft aroma, floral. Soft pinkish yellow pour with a wispy one finger head. Clean and muted flavor , very light bitterness and light yeasty notes. Peppery. Chipalsa (1310) - Florida, USA - OCT 26, 2012
Couldn’t pass up on this one. The body poured a murky yellow with an impressive billowy head. Aromas were full of yeast, leaves, hops and fresh bread. The taste was yeasty as well, but with some light grassy notes all about. I love my absinthe, but it’s just not here. Undertones of old hops and citrus fruit blend well with mellow spices. Very good BUT... how much is needed before I start hallucinating? jtclockwork (17654) - , New Jersey, USA - AUG 1, 2012
Bottle. Pours clear gold with white head. Gusher. Nose/taste of dry nuts, dusty grain, grape, sweet malt and hints of dried fruit. Finishes very dry. There is one flavor I can’t quite place, which I am guessing is the absinthe. Medium body. teorn88 (8066) - Rimini, ITALY - FEB 27, 2012
