I had this on tap at Beachwood BBQ’s Italian Beer Festival. It was very lightweight and although it says it was brewed with absinthe, all I detected were some slight fruity and herbal notes. Jow (3927) - New York, USA - MAR 10, 2010

(Bottled) Hazy greenish yellow with a medium, pillowy-foamy, lemonadey head. Lemony-spicy-yeasty nose, like a mix of witbier and Belgian blonde. Flavor is quite fruity, dry and peppery-spicy with a dry, somewhat bitter finish. Light to medium body, a bit fizzy carbonation. Pleasantly dry and quite flavorful for the ABV. Not a classic, though.
