Soft aroma, floral. Soft pinkish yellow pour with a wispy one finger head. Clean and muted flavor , very light bitterness and light yeasty notes. Peppery.
Murky amber color; Medium creamy body; Aroma of malt/wheat, yeast, floral, some citrus, & spice; Flavor of sweet malt, yeast, caramel, floral hops, fruit/citrus, and spice (absinthe?); Highly carbonated; Interesting – not bad. monk191 (2007) - Portland, Oregon, USA - FEB 14, 2014
A very interesting beer, infused with absinthe. Smell it, a bit of mintyness in the smell, some eucalyptus in the taste. Was expecting a bit more perhaps. Had on tap at La Trappe.

Draft. A little tough to rate because I've never had absinthe on its own. Pours a hazy gold with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity and a little woody. Taste more or less follows suit. Apparently the wordiness is absinthe? Solid citrus notes interspersed. Excellent dry crisp mouthfeel that disappears quickly. On its own merits quite good. rubbishystuff (2537) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 17, 2013
UPDATED: APR 4, 2016 At Bad Apple. Very interesting beer, the missus loved it, I’m not so sure yet. Grassy, apple-y, crisp, dry finish. Pale mildly cloudy white/yellow. Another flavor that I can’t place, must be the absinthe? Serving: Tap patrickfannon (1241) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 30, 2013
On tap at Alla Spina with Shin Tommy before helping Devin move. Pours turbid, hazy raw honey gold with a fat, sticky, tightly-bubbled white head. Aroma of pears, ripe Granny Smith apple, peaches, freshly-picked lavender, and some odd tea, grass, and spring-air notes. Aroma is a fucking knockout. Taste is sour gummy worms, peaches, tart pear, and just a subtle hint of fresh apple juice. This tastes overwhelmingly like the skins of apples and pears with a dose of peach/apricot stone fruit with a touch of funk. Ever-so-slightly sour and beautifully balanced. This beer is fantastic and I would drink it all night if I could. Holy shit. (Not really any traces of absinthe, but that really does not matter.)

Pours a hazy yellow with thick white head. Has a wheat and lemon aroma with some hints of spices. A sweet, wheaty and citrus flavor like a beligan styled ale. Some spices in there as well. Smooth finish. Tmoney99 (14612) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 4, 2013
Bottle. Poured clear yellow color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with fair lacing. Moderate spice green and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium spice sweet flavor with a medium spice finish of moderated duration. Refreshing complex beer. On tap. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Aroma is lightly hopped, lemony, citrusy, a touch of biscuit or cracker. Flavor is effervescent, prickly, grassy and dry. Interesting beer. Refreshing. jredmond (8333) - New York, New York, USA - FEB 16, 2013
Draft at Alla Spina. Pours a hazy orange body with white lacing. Aroma is very faint overall - smells like a tamed belgian ale. Mouthfeel is medium to light with notes of wheat, citrus, lemon and spice. In no way was this sour, tasted more like a refined witbier or wheat ale. kindacold (235) - Norfolk, Virginia, USA - FEB 12, 2013
Pours cloudy yellow with thick white head. Smells citrusy and spicy. Citrus, hops, spices, forest/pine flavors. Somewhat sticky, smooth finish.
