Bottle at Eulogy. Cloudy orange gold pour with a large foamy bright white head. Lasting lace. Fuller-bodied than expected. Coriander. Celery heart. Pineapple. Juniper. Citrus peels. Bottle from a trade. Pours a cloudy orange color with a large white head. A bit really sour nose, some floral elements. The flavor is mellow, flowers, cookie dough, big powerful spices including juniper.

Deep gold, hazy, white head. Aroma of grainy pilsner malt, corriander, an earthy spicy note. Flavor exhibits much more juniper than aroma, chinotto peel shows through also, herbal notes, more earthy spice, grainy finish.

Pizzeria Paradiso, Dupont tap ($10): Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is lemony citrus with some spice. Taste is much the same. Pretty light. Hazy peach gold pour with a 2 finger, soapy, bright white head. Very fruity aroma, lots of lemon, some stone fruit and white grape, wheat, flroal notes and an acidic undertone. Flavor is also very lemony, also lots of wheat, floury grain, floral notes, berry scented glycerine soap, finishes with a fermented citrus juice flavor that lasts a long time. Light to medium body, dry, but oily feel and light carbonation with a slightly chalky finish. I didn’t really enjoy this at all, tastes like spontaeously fermented lemonade + possibly decent Saison Radler. It all comes out wrong.
