Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: Some interesting rum and raisin dark chocolate character, with a small tartness, however the roasted barley adds a roasty bitterness and gives a dry finish. duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 3, 2007

BF. Another subtle mild, with some light roasted malt and chocolate flavours. This had a slightly irony taste, quite minerally. Mouthfeel is really soft, nice and drinkable mild.
Cask @ Ealing BF 06: Dark dark brown in colour. Medium-full bodied. Sweet malty caramel and light roast. Simple but very tasty. RichardW (1813) - Carlisle, Cumbria, ENGLAND - MAY 18, 2009
Cask, Bacchus, Newcastle. A slightly thinner mild than I like, but still, a tasty brew. Slightly juicy, a hint of grain and a bit of smokiness in there. I’d like to have seen a bit more body to it though. bobinlondon (1295) - Harrow, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 21, 2008
Handpulled cask at Lower Red Lion, St. Albans. Almost black with a proud head made up of large bubbles. Very bitter for a mild with a grainy, roasted flavour.

Cask handpull @ The Market Porter. Deep brown with a thin beige head. Nice roasty malts, a little choc, coffee, subtle ash and earthyness. Extremely drinkable with lots of flavor for 3.5%. ThreeCats (900) - ISRAEL - JUN 25, 2016
Nice clear mahogany with a bit of head. Aroma of roast, toast, and coffee, with some bitter chocolate notes. Taste it roasty, toasty, and so damn drinkable that I finished half a glass in one swallow.
