Citrus fruits, lager yeast, grain malts. Clear, pale gold, small, creamy, white head. Light bitter. Grain and cereal malts, lager yeast, lively carbonation, citrus fruits, lemon, grapefruit. Decent Koelsch, fairly flavoursome. Keg at brewpub, Chicago. Fratto (2845) - Arlington, Texas, USA - JUN 25, 2015
On tap at the brewpub. Light pour with a big white head. Aroma is graint and a little bit like attic dust. Flavor is similar. notalush (5910) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - MAR 30, 2015
Tap at Piece - clear gold - crisp, clean, nicely grassy brew - soft, grainy, almost toasty malt character - crackery finish - moderately floral - very slit butter on the tail end, but mostly clean and enjoyable - nice. cbfobes (2885) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - JAN 5, 2015
On tap at 2014 GTMW, pours a clear light gold with a thin bubbly head, the aroma is of grain and a little bit of lemon and grass, the flavor is pretty light on the front end with some grain in the finish, light and easy drinking. phaleslu (10547) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 25, 2014
Draft at the brewery, served in a nonic pint glass. Pours a clear, slightly cloudy gold color with a small white head. Notes of straw, grass, pale and crackery and almost bready, doughy malts, and a spritz of lemon. Light-bodied, with a malty, dry, crisp mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Nice example of the style. Refreshing on a hot summer day.

Super pale straw color, no head. Pretty mellow nose, some light hay, some floral notes. Nice slight bitterness, more sweet. Very light body. Reasonably lively. Fine.

Kolsch don't excite me. Not much flavor and kind of like a pilsner. They do it well here and it pours yellow like apple juice. Not much odor and is easy to drink. Had at piece

Tap at Piece. Even lighter and paler than the Singel. Filtered pale yellow tan. Buttery diacetyl aroma. Quite poor for the style. This is really shabby, off. jkwood04 (5463) - Connecticut, USA - MAY 12, 2014
Sampled at the brewery. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of pale and dough malts, light floral hops, and some bread. Flavor the same. Average to light texture. A decent beer.

From notes. Part of a draft flight at piece. Kinda plain and watery. A bit boozy, but drinkable.
