T: A little grassy with some minimal pine. Some doughy malts, clean finish.
M: Light and clean, medium carbonation. Nice sweetness.
O: Solid, drinkable pale with a nice sweetness. XmnwildX12 (2079) - Farmington, Minnesota, USA - OCT 15, 2013
On tap at GABF 2013, citrus aroma, taste is a bit of butterscotch, thought it was alright. locarboy (129) - USA - SEP 13, 2013
Nice session ale. Billed as an extra pale ale. More malt than hop aroma. nice clear pale gold color. Balanced malt and new mown hay hop flavor. A light palate in line with the style. Awktoberfest (415) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - SEP 2, 2013

On tap at the source... Pours a hazy orange hue and topped with a thin soapy white head...Citrus and tropical fruit essence, more orange. Fruity and hop forward... Citrus and papaya notes, slightly grassy with mild tropical fruit. Small malt bill. Drinks clean with a touch of dankness. Lighter than medium bodied with adequate carbonation. Pretty darn drinkable. Earthy finish without much bitterness - could be perceived as a touch watery but very nice for the summer.

A blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, piney and delicious. In mouth, a biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light grains, not bad. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - JUN 24, 2013
Draft on tap at Half Acre Tap Room (Chicago, IL). Kinda wanted to go to Piece.. I guess this’ll have to do. Pours a more murky amber orange hue, darker body with mellow carbonation. Hazy body, frothy whitish head sits atop and laces small. Aromas offer some gentle citrus, lemon and florals, touch of gumball. Bready and some grapefruit, gentle lemon and florals. Initial is lighter end of the fold, a good sharp bitterness strikes up front. Good dryness, lemon and florals, touches of grass. Some firm dryness, dry bready and grainy malts. Some firm dryness, not sweet at all, firm earthy dryness, lemon rind, bitterness. Middle and finish sustains these elements, touches. Finish is dry, firmly bitter, a bit muddled at times but a good hop presence, decent complexity. Solid. Perhaps a bit muddled and unfocused, making it a bit forgettable sadly. hombrepalo (1972) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 24, 2013
On tap at Piece. Pours a nice clear golden color with a foamy white head. Aromas of fresh herbal hops dominate; but not overly so. Light, very light. Well carbonated but somewhat thin overall. Another pretty easy to drink APA

Tap @ Half Acre. Pours a hazy golden orange appearance. Somewhat grainy, straw, light lemon nose. A bit grassy, grainy, somewhat bland flavor. Pretty boring. brian60625 (756) - Illinois, USA - JUN 19, 2013
Tap at the Half Acre tap room. Pale and foggy, dark yellow. Fizzy in both appearance and mouthfeel. The flavors had an ashy tobacco and leather component that didn’t sit well with the hop and citrus side. Light mouthfeel. Drinkable, but it wasn’t Half Acre’s finest.
