On tap @ Piece this past weekend. Pours dense ruby copper with two fingers of sticky tan head. Nose is oak and vanilla, lots of brown sugar and some toasted grain. Very malt forward with a warming alcohol presence.

Draft at Piece, thanks to NeedsMoreHops! Pours a mostly clear and somewhat ugly reddish brown with minimal head. Nose is aromatic oak and vanilla, some tart notes and cocoa. On taste, itís got a ton of oak character that contributes the bulk of the flavor profile. Some roast and cocoa comes through as well as an oddly refreshing tartness. Thereís a distinct infection here but it works. Interesting for sure.
