I had this on tap into a tasting glass at Piece. A light neon yellow, cloudy, but not as full as most belgians. The aroma is really light hops not much yeast, a skunky finish. Taste is terrible a processed hop with skunk, get this mess out of here. Stay away from this Belgian imposter bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - DEC 31, 2010
(Draught) Pours a clear yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of pepper, clove, grass, light citrus, and grain. Flavor of grass, florals, banana, and light pepper with a dry finish. Thorpe429 (5035) - , Illinois, USA - NOV 23, 2010
I believe they were actually calling this a Belgian "single," but tripel is the category that fits closest here with what I actually tasted.
A: Bright yellow with a good white head and pretty decent lacing.
S: Pale malt with plenty of Belgian yeast; banana and bubblegum.
T: Similar to the nose. The bubblegum is definitely present, as well as some banana and a bit of spiciness.
M: Pretty creamy with low carbonation. Fairly light-bodied.
D: Very drinkable. Nice and refreshing. Hope they keep this throughout the warmer months.
Serving type: on-tap

On tap at the brewpub. Pours slightly cloudy pale yellow with a modest white head and a floral aroma. There is a pretty good pale malt flavor with a little banana ester and spice. Good, but a little watery. puzzl (3258) - New York, New York, USA - JUN 30, 2010
Tap at the brewpub. Pale, corn yellow color. The aroma shows fairly light coriander, parsley. Only the slightest kiss of citric acid. Husky, raw flavor, rice. Hard to lock down specifics, which is one of the things I look for in the style. Nice and sessionable without being too loud. Nice beer in a far underrepresented style.

@CBC–on tap-pours a white head and cloudy straw color. Aroma is sweet light malt, perfumy. Taste is clove, sweet light malt, perfumy, some hops bite, yeast. hombrepalo (1971) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 1, 2010
On tap at piece, ona busy friday nite. Poured golden with some head which quickly vanished. Aroma of crisp hops and malts. Somewhat artificial scented. Taste is soft of citrus and corrinder with a dry finidh and light body. Good for a hot summer, very easy drinking but not complex enough for me. satan165 (1020) - River Grove, Illinois, USA - MAY 29, 2010
aroma is light lemon, big cereal grains. light and without dead, wet notes that seem to be on the cusp of this type of malt character. lively and terribly fresh. flavor is more of the same but mouthfeel is a big tough: watery yet grainy at times. some yeast brightens the mood. barkeep commented that previous batch was well hazed, this specimen however was well polished. the appearance is minor but removal of yeast can only simplify this beer into a one-note song. Draft at the brewpub. Golden and opaque with just a vague yeasty aroma. This drinks with a wheaty character, sweet and citrusy. Good beer for brunch! (#3895, 5/7/2010) j12601 (12601) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - APR 29, 2010
