Draft. SPicy belgian single, closeish to the golden arm, but belgiany this brewery can do pale styles pretty well. j12601 (13298) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - APR 29, 2010

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear gold with an off white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a good amount of spice with notes of sweet grains and hay. Flavor has a lot of grain and hay with just a hint of spice. A bit bland. jcwattsrugger (12559) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 12, 2010
@CBC–on tap-pours a white head and cloudy straw color. Aroma is sweet light malt, perfumy. Taste is clove, sweet light malt, perfumy, some hops bite, yeast. alexsdad06 (11223) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - JUN 16, 2009
Draft at Piece. Pours a hazy pale golden color with a small white head. The nose was yeasty, moderately spicy, and slightly fruity. The flavor is more of the same with yeast, spices, pepper, slightly fruity, and a touch floral. The finish was dry and mouthfeel was light. This was refreshing after my walk from GI Clybourn, but average at best. daknole (11048) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - APR 28, 2009
Tap at Piece. Gold pour. Not great. An odd vegetal or spicy note leads this one off on the wrong foot. I got some yeasty aromas, but not what I expected. Dusty and weird smelling. Flavor isn’t a helluva lot better. Too dry. Too vegetal/spice driven. Even the carbonation wasn’t blending well. Poor effort IMO. marcus (10867) - Sacramento, California, USA - AUG 31, 2010
On tap at the brewpub. Pours slightly cloudy pale yellow with a modest white head and a floral aroma. There is a pretty good pale malt flavor with a little banana ester and spice. Good, but a little watery.
