Black and thick and sweet. Very nice Imperial stout with less bitterness than most, served in a snifter at just the right temperature, nice to look at as well with a black-grey head on moonless night body. DrnkMcDermott (3096) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - JAN 16, 2004
I had this earlier, but couldn't find enough information to create an accurate entry. Still and all, a warm, yet dark brown/black color. There is a definite coffee roast note here and an impressive alcohol warmth. Not one to make you jump out of your seat, but I'm all for more imperial stouts. austinpowers (2828) - New York, New York, USA - JAN 16, 2004
This is a respectable imperial stout with an infusion of real coffee (so the bartender says). Fairly roasty, yet not all that bitter. A credible effort. That's the truth.
