Fresh Nose with notes of mango, pine and candied grapefruit. Pours pale gold with a firm head and steady lace. Flavour is dry and gently bitter with citric notes and plenty of juicy hop tang. Finishes long and full. For a session beer itís a bit of a blinder.

[ As Pied Bull Bullís Hit ].
Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sour malt, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, sour milk, nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat.

Decent all rounder on the bitter side of golden ale good looking pint in the glad small creamy head plenty of hops on cask at the Healey rochdale.

Cask at the Pied Bull; clear golden amber pour with a creamy white head, aroma has roasted malt and candied fruits, taste has malt action along with some stewed fruits, light vegetation, ok.

Dark golden colour. Flavour is a bit nutty and has some boiled vegetables. Smooth and creamy texture.

Sat in The Wharf wanting to bone the barmaid, Macclesfield. Slowly cleared to a golden colour with a tight off white head. Aroma of floral hops, grapefruit, lemon, pine. Flavour is more hops, citrus and floral, quite thick palate. Not bad at all.

Cask @ Pied Bull, Chester. Clear golden with a small head. Managed to order this without swearing as well! Has a light malt character in a slightly less than medium body. Excellent session stuff.

Cask conditioned at The Pied Bull, Chester. Gold with white head. Light, sweetish, fruity hopped golden beer, hints of mango chutney, pineapple along with a grainy malt. Very pleasant on a hot day.
