Unclear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity - overriped, moderate yeasty, oxidide - honey - apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Light citrus notes in the aroma with the typical Belgian yeast. Beautiful lightly hazy coppery gold color. The head is ferocious, but quickly disipates. Lacing is emphemeral. This is the softest, most enviting Tripel I can recall. The fruit notes are complex. I can imagine about anything but citrus (sorry about the aroma impression). It lacks the excessive candy of most Tripels, and the hop is definitely restrained. I am guessing this is an attempt to define what a carefully crafted Tripel should be. I love the aftertaste - some bitterness, but also astringency. A fresh dash into the mouth gives a burst that resembles ginger. This would be so good with Sushi. An example of why well brewed ales should be considered as strong competetors to wines. T’would be nice should this turn into a standard ale, readily available. Pours golden straw with a frothy white head and some lined lacing. Aroma is yeast (earth, dough), fruit (banana, pineapple), malt (hay, meal) and flowery nose. Medium sweetness, mild acidity and bitterness, yeast and malt flavor with frutiy banana and grassy notes. Medium bodied and fizzy, foamy palate.
