On tap at Hudsonville Winery/Pike 51 tasting room. Ruby brown with a thin tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, rye, chocolate, yeast and bready notes. Taste of chocolate, dark and sweet malts, light grains and some dough. Goes down easy and rather tasty. bigtaster (979) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - JUN 5, 2012
Dark Brown, semi clear, white soapy head. Raisins on the nose maybe some plum, fairly light. Light to medium body, clean crisp, hints of dried fruit. Good amount of carbonation. Slight hop bitterness on the finish. Reminds me of a belgian double.
