3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Pours a hazy, light amber color with moderately-sized, very frothy slightly orange head. Lacing is average. Aromas of citrus, caramel, and hints of malts. Very interesting smell for an IPA as it doesn’t smell hoppy. Palate is lively with a bitter start and creamy, sticky finish. Tastes of pine dominate although it ends with a very pleasing grapefruit finish. Great IPA, although that smell could be improved!
On tap at brewery on 1st Street, downtown Seattle. Pours dark gold with thick off-white head and lacing (my son called it crown lacing, so I’m going to adopt that descriptor, thanks to him!). Aroma: citrus, tropical flowers. Flavor: malt-forward (brown sugar, honey), floral. Mouthfeel: medium-bodied, soft on palette. dnstone (3431) - Kansas City, Missouri, USA - MAY 29, 2017
Pours a copper with sudsy off white head. Caramel malt and earthy floral hop notes for aroma and taste.

Sampler 8/28/16 (Pike Brewery-SEA)-Pours amber with a small head. Aroma of hops and malt. Taste of the same. This light to medium bodied brew is well balanced and tasty. Heidbummer (688) - SCOTLAND - FEB 18, 2017
Pours deep gold with thick white head. Big floral, citrus aroma. More of that on the taste with grapefruit, juice and some funk. I had this many years ago and it was excellent. It remains a damn good IPA, andrewje41 (4021) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - DEC 28, 2016
Draft pour pint at The Collective, Woodinville. Listed as IPA 207, whatever they are trying to tell us there, it seems obvious, but it could be anything I suppose. A toasty malt aroma and flavor. Sweet, and slightly warming for an IPA. Subtle lingering bitterness. Caramel heavy, nice cool hop bitterness finish. Tasty

Bomber from Total Wine, Gainesville. Pours slightly hazy amber with a giant, soft off-white head. Mild aroma of citrus. Flavor is... oh interesting. Citrus peel (orange and grapefruit), celery seed, light floral notes, apple. Different... good. StevieT (2015) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 25, 2016
On tap at Pike Brewing. Lots of citrus and resin going on, I could drink quite a few of them. peteinSD (1469) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 1, 2016

Rating #1907 - 2015.09.24 - #CraftTakesSeattle Beer 6 - Flight at taproom. Clear golden amber pour with a weak, white head that bubbles away to a ring. Aroma is strong with orange peel, lemon, pine, Taste is more of the same citrusy hops and doughy, caramel malts dominating the flavour, with a dose of pink grapefruit sweetness sure to last. Lovely
