3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. The pour was a hazy medium orange with a slight brownish hue and an average (1-2 finger) white creamy head, which did allow for some fair streaky lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt, floral hops and a sweaty yeast with notes of citrus (orange), apricot and a mild peppery spice.
The taste a tad malty with a mild apricot sweetness from the start but quickly progressed into a hoppy bitter taste with a note of citrus peel and a slight peppery finish. The flavor stuck around for quite a long time with a mildly hoppy fruity taste left to linger.
Mouthfeel was light in body and dry in texture with a prickly carbonation.
Overall a nice crisp, hoppy Organic Ale that had just enough fruity sweetness to take the harsh bite out of the hoppy citrus peel ending...
Bottle pour. Light hazy golden Amber with a nice off white soapy head. Aroma is a very nice sweet honey, caramel, and sweet malts. Medium to full somewhat creamy body. Last sweet taste, but not over powering.

This was much better than expected. Pours a clear golden yellow on tap with bubbly white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of light fruity esters and a punch of grassy and floral hops. Taste had done bready grain up front but then totems directly to the hops, add a touch of earthy honey sweetness and it ends slightly dry. I'm impressed. mansquito (6919) - Nueva York, New York, USA - AUG 28, 2017

On tap at brewery on 1st Street, downtown Seattle. Pours clear yellow-orange with a trace of off-white head and lacing. Aroma: honey, shortbread cookie, lemon. Flavor: malt-forward (light brown sugar, honey). Mouthfeel: medium-bodied, trace tongue bitterness in the finish. 60minuteman (1765) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 8, 2017
UPDATED: MAR 11, 2017 Bottle at I-Pasta. A spicy golden lager. Hopped up Miller Lite. Good balance and aftertaste between straw, hop, malt and spice. Keeps it interesting and fun to drink.

Sampler 8/28/16 (Pike Brewery-SEA)-Pours golden with a small head. Aroma of malt, hops, and grains. Taste of the same. This light bodied brew is a surprise as I was not expecting much. Heidbummer (894) - SCOTLAND - FEB 22, 2017
Taster at brewpub. Smells of honey, looks like a lager. It’s fizzy and sweet and really not that good. deanso (10101) - Chiang Mai, THAILAND - FEB 6, 2017

Thin creamy white head... Cloudy blond pour. jmgreenuk (10008) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - JAN 23, 2017
Draft at the Taproom, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is malt, light hop bitter, some citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a watery light crisp, light fruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Way too light all around and with little flavour. StevieT (2039) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 25, 2016
On tap at Pike Brewing. A well made and dangerously drinkable beer, hoppy enough to be interesting but not a face punch. Good stuff.
