Seems to be for a local tap for a local restaurant and it is fantastic. Pour looks cloudy and stays cloudy. Highly recommended if you can catch a keg. 22415brewery (379) - Washington, USA - DEC 7, 2012
On tap at the Brave Horse Tavern, Seattle. Pours a very clear ruby-amber with decent off-white head. Aroma is of pine, spice, grapefruit citrus, toasty Munich malt and toasted rye. Sweetness on tongue is of light-medium caramel intensity, rye addition gives a snappy finish. Well-bittered and the medium body is cleaned up by the adequate carbonation. A little bit of fruity esters, like juniper berries. Lingering bitterness is smooth and mint-like. The rye is there but it’s not in your face, it’s well blended with caramel malts and citrusy hops.
