Clear and yellow, watch out. Aroma was citrusy and lemony. Body was minimal and flavour was citrus and thin with little malts. Not great.

Pike. Clear golden color with lasting white head. Light apricot, dusty pale malt, wheaty yeasty aromas. Super smooth medium body. Lightly tart wheat flavors with mild clove, banana yeast, and mild earth____smooth easy finish---not bad.
"there were only a couple brews at Pike that i DIDN’T like, but this was the worst of em. A weak ass beer, even for a hefe. a muddled slightly unpleasant aroma atop an unassuming beer in both body and flavor. one to avoid."

Not included in the Sampler, so I ordered a glass after I tried all the rest. It was a good decision as this is a decent Hefeweizen. eboats (1115) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - FEB 23, 2011
On tap at the brewery. Poured cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma was lemon. Medium sweetness, no bitterness, and a thin body. TomTiedemann (249) - Levittown, New York, USA - DEC 14, 2010
this was very wheaty. I had this in my first visit and like the amber weisse better

2010-07-05. Crisp dark yellow with a small white head. 3+ Mild aroma is lightly estery, touch of wheat. Flavour is thinner than hoped, fruity esters, tart grainy wheat in the finish lingers in the aftertaste. Average palate. bit dull but okay. Slightly hazy pale golden colour with small white head.
Citrus, wheat and spices in aroma.
Wheat, sweetish fruits, citrus and some mild hops in flavour.
Draught at the brewpub. Served with lemon, which took over the nose. Some banana, clove, and ginger in there too. A bland American wheat ale cum weizen. Banana, lemon, and ginger in the mouth. Not very crisp or refreshing. Mediocre.

Tap at the brewpub. I suggest this is more of a wheat beer than a hefe. Eh. Hazy golden amber with a creamy white head. Mild malt/wheat aroma. Medium body; mild carbonation. Flavor is light wheat/malt with a little Belgian yeast/spice. Hints of fruit. Very refreshing. Might be some citrus, but they stuck a lemon on it. So?
