3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Ferrers, Streatham, London - (Looks like this beer has resurfaced after 4 years in the RB wilderness) pours Amber with a white head. Toasted malty with some caramel malty sweetness, some cereal, slight nutty, twiggy herbal hoppy bitter action into the finish. Decent.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask at the William Webb Ellis (JDW), Twickenham, 16/02/13.
Clear golden with a frothy off white head that retains well.
Nose carries light malt tones, touch of fruit, diacetyl - not great !
Taste comprises caramel, malt, fruits, grain.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry bitter finish.
Very average - no need to re-visit!

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Cask (gravity dispense) at Kingston Beer Festival on 13 May 2011. Amber colour. Thin, but lasting, white head. Good condition. Fruity malt aroma. Some savoury vegetal notes (that I sometimes liken to baked beans for want of a clearer description) in the aroma. Pleasantly fruity flavour but seemed rather short of hops. Some light (and unexpected) smoky hints.
