Easy-drinking session ale with a malty finish, but a bit on the boring side.

Small metal cask shared. Almost clear dark golden with some bubbles. Quite malty with light toffee, light roasted nuts, soft butterscotch, light mineral water. Some grassy hops and light herbs. Keys, London - amber pour with white head. Toasty malty aroma and taste, nutty, some caramel, butterscotch, twiggy and herbal grassy hoppy, bitter finish. Basic affair.

Cask at the Eagle Clapham. Dark brown, still, small off-white head, full lacing. Aroma is very light and malty. Body is medium, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is sweet malt, caramelised sugars, some heavily chewed second-hand bubblegum. Very slow drinker and a bit hard-going.
