Élénken pezsgő, tükrösen aranyszínű sör, közepes méretű fehér habbal a tetején.
Illata és sallangmentes aromája kenyeret idézően malátás, melyet füves komló kísér.
Közepesen száraz befejezése rövid és fanyar.

630 ml bottle, gift from Perú (Thanks Eddie). Pours clear gold and sparkling with a medium white bubbly head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is not very enticing, with faint malts, adjuncts (rice and corn) and boiled vegetables. I can’t believe they used hops for this brew at all. Taste of basically nothing at all. It has notes of water, lettuce, water and grass. This beer has almost no bitterness. I realize it’s a commercial Peruvian pale lager but it doesn’t need to be this flavorless. Light body, lively carbonation, watery finish. Without being a good beer by any means, Trujillo Pilsen is better and less offensive. reebtogi (6315) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 4, 2012
330ml bottle pours a pale straw color with a small white head that leaves little lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild malts and grassy hops. Taste is light malty sweet with a moderate hoppy bitter finish. A fairly clean finish and no off tastes. An average pilsener style beer. tderoeck (9978) - Gent, BELGIUM - OCT 3, 2011

Clear yellow beer, aery white head, unstable and non adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts and corn, dirty hop aroma, bit of sewer. MF: good carbon, light body, watery texture. Taste: pretty sweet malty start, some carbon sour, bit grassy. Aftertaste: lemonade touches with a very cheap bit of hops. Bleh.
Shenandoah Throwdown, 2011. Clear yellow pour with a thin white head. Not much aroma. Watery and bit doughy and malty. Very light hop finish. Not unpleasant.

Had this during the 2011 Shenandoah Throwdown, courtesy of the illustrious GT. Pours a clear gold with a medium sized white head. Crisp grain, sweet and grainy. Somewhat empty, sweet grain. Crisp and grainy. Inoffensive, but not much going on. Rather immemorable. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - AUG 25, 2011
Shenandoah Throwdown. 12oz can, thanks GT2. Crystal clear straw body, medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet, bread, light peach. Taste is moderately sweet, caramel/bread, light peach. Soft light body. Utterly bland, undoubtedly what was intended. ExpendableHero (925) - Florida, USA - AUG 21, 2011
A very common beer in Peru. Swill. Clear golden beer with a thin, white head. Grainy aromas, and not much else. Tastes skunked, bitter, and full of corn mash. Pretty gross overall, decent ABV makes it a beer to drink for the sole purpose of getting drunk. Avoid if possible, then grab a Cusquena instead. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 5, 2011
1.1L shared with friends on multiple occasions at Norton’s Rat Tavern on Plaza de Armas in Cusco. The pour is a clear yellow with a dense, rocky, white head. Small retention and mild lacing. Nose is doughy with orange. Taste is blood iron metallic, sharp, salt and vinegar thing going on. Very strange. Have another can on deck for a re-rate. 6/28/11 5/3/3/2/8=2.1 Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - JUL 25, 2010
0.33 l can at Petalax Beer Festival 2010. Pale golden color. The aromas and flavors of apple, grain porridge and glue. Low maltiness, this is just a fizzy yellow drink.
