Ha. One of those beers you wish you wouldn’t have drank. Off flavors abound with grain and corn and sourness. Glad I don’t live in Peru. ATLBeerDog (280) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - SEP 13, 2008
Pours a clear pale with a small almost non existent head. Smells of corn and malt. First sip tastes of malt and corn with a mild hop presence. Very light bodied and typical of beers from Latin America. Not too bad when I compare it to all the others I have had from Lima. Cletus (6368) - Connecticut, USA - SEP 4, 2008
Bottle courtesy of daknole. Pours gold with a white head. Smells of apples and citrus. Tastes of sweet apples, citrus, watery. Meh. MJGG (952) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 6, 2008
Bottle, thanks to daknole! Pours clear straw with a slightly lacy head. Aroma of cat, cabbage and corn. The taste is everything the nose would lead you to suspect. Light body and medium carbonation.

12-oz bottle. Thanks, Bitbucket! Thin fizzy pale straw under a quickly fading white fizzy head. Skunky, slightly dank, mildewy nose. Fizzy, rather sharp and watery body. Thick, unpleasant notes of skunkage on the mid-palate. Neutral finish. phishpond417 (2088) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 20, 2008
A friend brought this back for me on a recent trip to Peru. Pours bright golden, little white head. aroma is of grain, wheat and pears. Sort of citrusy and a little salty. your typical foreign pale lager. Thanks Alyssa!! :) b33r (881) - Ohio, USA - JUN 20, 2008
Had in Peru on vacation. Medium yellow color with little white head and no lacing. Light flavor and aroma and very easy to drink. Sparky (2244) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - JUN 9, 2008
Bottle courtesy of Dakine. First up on my Central America Beer Tour – we head to Peru. Pours a really light clear gold with 2 finger white head and decent lacing. Nose is grain, sweet malt and a touch of skunk. Taste is sweet malt and a bit of hops – no skunk in the flavor. Very light mouth feel and really clean finish – almost no aftertaste. Refreshing beer. For what it is, it’s not bad – especially when it’s 102 degrees right now. unclemike (3195) - Junction City Kansas, Kansas, USA - MAY 16, 2008
thanks daknole Move along, nothing to see here. Pale golden color with a medium white head that fizzed out pretty quickly. Very little lacing. The aroma is lightly malty with a kind of sweet biscuit character. Crisp and light bodied and on the malty side. There are some hops but really not enough to keep this interesting for long. The finish is a little soft and watery but there is definitely worse out there. Below average on the whole but better than I was expecting.
