Appearance: straw blond color. Little head and white.
Aroma: grains, corn mainly. Some citric smells and slight hoopy.
Flavour: pale malts, corn and maybe wheat. Some insipid. Slight hoppy final. Mineralized aftertaste.
Palate: light body and watery texture.
Insipid and weak common south-american lager. obguthr (6588) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - DEC 14, 2007
Moderately weak but balanced aroma of honey and grain. Gold color, no head. Grainy taste with noticeable alcohol. Grass finish. Below average, but fairly drinkable. TheGrandMaster (2335) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - SEP 30, 2007
Bottle, a strong hoppy aroma, grassy with a little bit of fruit. Quite a light mouthfeel, but strongly biter. The grassy hop flavour dominates. burkekamp (4) - USA - SEP 5, 2007 does not count
Bottle. Had this out at a Peruvian restaurant. Expecting a typical light South/Central American pils, but pleasantly surprised. A bright, crisp easy-drinker, to be sure, but spiked with hints of real German pils, and, possibly, a nice hefeweisen? Wouldn’t go out of my way for it, but I’d definitely choose it over its competitors. DuffMan (10602) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 23, 2007
Bottle while dining at Mochica Restaurant in San Francisco. Pale straw yellow, grainy aroma, slightly bready palate, but really just an average pale lager that is a little watery.

Bottle... Clear, light yellow lager with a mid-sized, pillowy, white head and good retention. Smells like a very light mead... vinous and honey-laden with a hint of menthol. The flavor is sweet with some nice pilsner malt and pale grain/malt character. Leans just a touch on the sweet side of balance, but pleasantly so. Lightly bitter. Light to medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Short, crisp, clean finish. Actually, a pleasant, refreshing surprise! Magjayran (1378) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - FEB 20, 2007
Couldn’t pass up the chance to add Peru to my list of countries rated. Fizzy yellow. Small white head. Grassy aroma with hints of corn. Watery and light to the extent that it’s impossible to describe as unpleasant. It’s almost like this one isn’t even there. Another foreign snoozefest. gws57 (1276) - Saint Charles, Illinois, USA - FEB 3, 2007
Found this bottled in St. Charles, Illinois. Yellow pour with a bubbly white head, weak nose of sweet canned corn and not much else going on with this one. Your standard yellow fizz. Got a new country out of it, but pretty lame. frankenkitty (2012) - Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA - JAN 9, 2007
Mid-golden with persistent carbonation maintaining a spongy white head. Cattiness fades to sweet grasses and thick grainy notes. Mild, bittersweet flavor with a touch of sourness. Light alcohol shows late. Rather uneventful.
