The most popular beer in Ecuador, no head, no aroma, tons of CO2. The only nice thing about this beer is the bottle and label. CopterScott (254) - Kansas, USA - JUN 7, 2014
golden color with a thin white head. aroma is light malt light hops. flavor is the same. medium carbonation. DuffLover (129) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - MAY 3, 2014
Drinking this for free. Poured from a can. Standard mass production pilsner but not that bad considering. MarkoNm (2966) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - MAR 30, 2014
Just another pilsener. zdk (1917) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 25, 2013
Clear and golden color, covered with a sizeable but quickly settling white frothy head.
Malty and grainy aroma is relatively weak.
Light and watery taste, starts sweet, finishes with a small bitterness. No real aftertaste.
Nothing special, but still drinkable.
From the bottle. Light corn lager, but not undrinkable when chilled and paired with spicy food.

12oz bottle thanks to Luc - new country tick! Clear very pale amber with a white head that mostly fades. A very inoffensive aroma with hints of hops and not much else; moderate carbonation, very mild, easy to drink without much going. Slight skunky aftertaste but assume that is more due to travel and age - and lets be honest you’d want to drink this cold on a hot beach. Morboso (146) - AUSTRALIA - OCT 17, 2013
Gets the job done, there are better commercial beers in Ecuador, this one is just the most common. Lacks flavor, like watered down beer. leonardo (22) - BRAZIL - OCT 3, 2013
As others south america pale lager, a very simple beer to drink very cold and in a company of a salty peanut. blackisle (2846) - Amsterdam IJburg, NETHERLANDS - SEP 20, 2013
Drank in Quito 2010. Corn, grass, basement aromas, clear pale golden, thin white head that vanishes quickly, taste is crisp, light sweet, lightly bitter, light body, thin feel, bit watery, soft carbonation, mild dry finish. wchesser (2144) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 24, 2013
Your standard S. American lager. Fine, inoffensive. Nothing complex here, but nothing to complain about either. Happily would enjoy this on a hot day hiking the mountains or jungles.
