Draft at the source with nate2g and Vidma. Hazy to cloudy golden color. Funky bready aroma. Taste is lightly tart bready more funk. Tasty and unique. Holmen1 (6028) - Stavanger, NORWAY - FEB 23, 2017
Decent but not a standout--it’s got a nice sour finish and some citrusy malt notes, together with some (though less than expected) breadiness. Perhaps it lost its CO2 at some point in the journey from Lithuania to Estonia and onwards to Jersey, where it was consumed, but more carbonation would have made for a better beer. Bought bottled in Panevėžys (Seklyčia prie Uosio), 1.50 eur for a 1 l (plastic) bottle. Really good taste and aroma. Really reminds of some other beer but can’t remember which AndySnow (7802) - Huddinge, SWEDEN - JAN 27, 2015

Where: Gift from omhper.
Appearance: Golden colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Spices, malt, hops.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Fruit, malt, some spices.
UPDATED: AUG 17, 2013 Small offwhite head. Clear deep yellow body with light carbonation. Sugary earthy spicy floral aroma with musty richly fruity notes. Deep dry-sweet earthy dusty fruity taste with resiny strawy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, smooth, dusty mouthfeel. Dryish resiny strawy dusty aftertaste with caramelly sugary notes. Clean, fresh, not so sweet, extremely drinkable. Very, very good. It’s odd. It’s kind of sweet, but it’s not really sweet at the same time. (0.2l draft at Prie Uosio, Panevezys.) In short: A clean, toasted, dry and semi-rustic golden ale. Very goodTaktikMTL (7829) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 4, 2012
How: Tap at Prie Uosio (Piniavos beer bar), Panevėžys, Lithuania
The look: Clear golden-amber body topped by a long-lasting small beige head
In long: Nose is very toasted, countryside hay and light fruity notes. A nice rustic character in the aroma but not yeast-rustic like you get from a Saison and such. Taste is super-clean, crisp cereals, some toasted hay, some dried fruit skin, some dry caramel, wooden hops. Nice dry finish that felt a bit woody. Very low sweetness sensation. Overall very bright and crisp character. Lovely session beer. I could have been a really enjoyable experience to drink this beer on tap at the rustic Prie Uosio pub but I feel very uncomfortable when I’m in remote pub in a strange foreign country and I feel like I am the most delicious looking customer in the place.
En fût. Pichet dégusté chez Prie Uosio (Panevėžys. Lituanie). (Rating #4242) FatPhil (16401) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 26, 2012

Nice estery aroma, more ale-like than lager-like but still with a bit of a pale lagery feel. Bready grains in the taste. Much more lagery in the mouth. Some herbal bitterness, brackeny or grassy. Dry finish. Herbal. Smooth palate. Pretty OK, but unexciting.
Rerate: Tap (Prie Uosio, Panevezys) (7:4:6:4:13=3.4)
Aroma like fresh mash, including the kettle hops too. Full ands mellow. Lovely grainy body, a good bready roast. Slight wooliness in the finish. Solid and tasty.
Rerate: 1L Bottle - almost as good as the previous tap one, biasing its score more than the previous duff one.
My Bottom Line:
Toasted malt freshness leads into elegant honey and sparkling wooden hop bitterness for a smashing quencher.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A stable head of foam decorates the misty amber.
-Mouthfeel is polished and nearly dry.
-The flavor profile is beautifully balanced. This is a rare Lithuanian brew not shy in the hop finish.
-This is reminiscent of some Davra brews from Pakruojis. And that’s a very good thing.
-This seems to be be their base brew for the Raudonyu and Laukiniu.
On tap at Prie Uosio.
