One of the best hefe, all organic. Nice, clean, fresh, good yeast... can’t go wrong with this one.

From old tasting notes.Cloudy deep gold color with lovely small bubble carbonation leading to a frothy white head. Faint lemon peel wheat nose. Light effervescent flavor upfront. Refreshing light flavor with a trace of citrus fruit character in the finish. Lacks the intensity or yeastiness.

Very average weizen. Banana, cloves in the very background here. Wheat sourness dominates the profile.

Hazy golden color with a medium white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Clove, wheat, light banana, tart finish.

10.03.17 Hamburg, 50 cl bottlr, bb 07.2017. A cloudy yellow beer with a good white foam layer. Smel is somewhat malty & wheat with light yellow fruit and somewaht clove. Taste start a little sweet with an upcoming sour (not much). For the rest slghly spicy and fruity. A reasonable weizen.

Hazy yellow-gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma, yeast clove and citrus. Wheat, malt and citrus are the main flavors. High carbonation and medium bodied. Not as aggressively spicy as some hefe weizens. Overall this is quite enjoyable.

Bottle 0.5l from Ekoplaza supermarket Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 09.07.2016. Pour it cloudy yellow color with small white head. Aroma of banana, some caramel, bread. Taste smooth, fruity, yeasty, nothing spectacular, really decent brew, nice drinkable. Ok

Hazy yellowish gold color- white head disappears immediately. Aroma is sweet / orange juice / slight alcohol - light wheat. Taste is immediately sour, without much of the complex flavors I associate with the style. Very simple. Highlight is the deep wheat towards the finish. A bit too fizzy on the plate for me - not very appealing. A little thick - too full for what I want from this. Wouldn’t drink again - decent beer, but not worth another go.
