Benzai (16500) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUN 20, 2016
Bottle @ holiday weekend in Germany. Clear yellow color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, straw, light bitter. Average body and carbonation. Ok pilsener.

drinking this biological beer out of a special Pinkus Müller, makes you hope of good weather and well fill cafe terraces. The beer looks good and tastes good. Not bitter, but sweetish wit a soft aftertaste. Not very much carbonation and little over average, soft mouthfeel. I would say this is a beer you can drink all evening.

Rally this is what a pilz should be. Nice head. Grain aroma and taste. Light cloudy but still lots of clarity and a big head. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Organic, eh? That’s really the only thing commendable about this beer. Otherwise a generally average (though highly drinkable) German pils. Aroma is slightly smoky. Absolutely clear as day with a foamy head that disappears almost instantly.

Bottle. Pours a bright hazy gold with a high, creamy, mixed-grained, lacy white head. Nose is bright and lemony with spritzy, spicy overtones; honey and cardamom predominant. Very clean and refreshing; honey and spice forward, with a very substantial and full flavor for a pilsner. A little sweeter than Czech pils. Finish is long, round, warm, and spicy. This is a really good beer, and just has so much going on with it; complex, full-bodied, and emphatically well-structured.

Kampfar (282) - Osnabrück, GERMANY - FEB 2, 2016
0.5 L from tap. Pours clear yellow with a white head, not much lasting but good lacing. Light malty aroma. Medium malty taste, a bit sweetness, light to medium bitterness. Well carbonated, light bodied. Slightly metallic, astringent aftertaste. A good pilsener, more hopped than the average.

biir (1534) - Berlin, - DEC 16, 2015
Bottle - Schönes, frisches Pils. Leicht fruchtige Hefearomen, malzig, trockener Abgang.

corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 11, 2015
Pours a very cloudy, pale golden yellow color with a 2.5 finger pillowy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Sporadic streaked of spotty lacing left behind. Earthy, floral hop aroma with hints of grass, straw, light fruit and pale malts. Nice balance of hops and malt with some apple, pear, bread and biscuit countering the grassy pine notes. Full bodied for the style with a crisp earthy hop bite that lingers over the pale malt, bready yeast and light fruit notes into a slightly dry finish. Floral with resinous, grassy pine notes along with straw, hay, bread and pilsner malts. Slightly metallic in the finish but this beer us refreshing, decently balanced and easy to drink.

Supervaalea väri, semiok vaahto joka häipyy kohtuu noipeaan. Raikas tuoksu, raikkaahko hapokas maku, vetisyyttä toki mutta ei häiritse. Janojuomana hyvä.
