PINTA – Czarna Dziura (Black Hole) - sweet and bitter Dark Lager. Let our black specialty absorb you! Feel walnuts, dark chocolate and delicate aroma of Hallertau hops.

Recipe: Ziemowit Fałat
Ingredients: water, Weyermann® barley malts: pilsner, Munich (II), Carafa® (III) Special, dyeing malt extract Sinamar®; hops: Tradition (DE), Spalt Select (DE), yeast: Saflager™ W 34/70.
Beer is pasteurized and unfiltered.
Recommended glass: snifter
Recommended temperature of serving: 8-9°C
Recommended food to pair with the beer: margherita, grilled beef, chocolate cake.

Sampled from bottle @ Eindhovens Bierfestival. Opaque dark brown to black color, average beige head. Smell and taste malts, malt bitter, leaves, dark malts. Decent body and carbonation.

Bottle, 4.5%. Mildly roasted aroma, hint of fruit, but not a problem. Black colour. Good stable light brown head. Good roasted flavour, creamy with just the right amount of horse and earth. Creamy aftertaste. Very good.
