PINTA Dymy Marcowe 13,1° - dark and aromatic Rauchmärzen beer. Unique aroma of malt smoked with beechwood smoke, full-bodied character of caramel malt, well selected hops - this is our Rauchmärzen. Originally brewed in Bamberg (Upper Franconia, Germany).
Recipe: Ziemowit Fałat
Ingredients: water, Weyermann® barley malts: smoked barley, Munich II, Caramunich® (III), Carafa® Special III; hops: Tradition (DE); yeast: Saflager™ W 34/70.
Beer is pasteurized and filtered.
Recommended glassware: solid mug
Recommended temperature of serving: 9-10°C
Recommended for to pair with the beer: sausages with white cabbage, grilled salmon.
