Pumpkin Ale - 16,5°
PINTA Dyniamit 16,5° - craziness in the color of pumpkin - our own vision of one of the most popular American beer styles - Pumpkin Ale. We brew Dyniamit ("Pumpkinite") each autumn since 2012. First we peel, mix and bake hundreds of kilos of pumpkins which we add whilst mashing. Then, whilst boiling we add a lot of American hops and for few last minutes we add fresh spices: ginger, cinnamon and cloves. PINTA Dyniamit - autumn, finally!

Ingredients: water; Weyermann® malts: pale ale, Carapils®, Carared®, Biscuit; baked pumpkin; hops: Ahtanum (USA), Palisade (USA), Willamette (USA); spices: cloves, cinnamon, ginger; Irish moss; yeast: Safbrew T-58.
Beer is pasteurized and unfiltered.
