In this epic battle, the Blood of the Unicorn has been shed by the sword of the deadly assassin of the east. Pours a deep copper color with white head. Malty forward aroma and taste with a light rye bite and touch of hops. Notes: can from CO trip, Mar ‘18

jookos (7298) - FINLAND - MAR 16, 2018
Can. Reddish clear. Was really nice red caramelly, piney. Just the way i like it. No hint of that oldness that a lot of red ales have, independent of freshness. Ä

Pretty good happy Red Ale. Little bit earthy and chewy. Good drinking. Just a touch sour in the finish.

skortila (6049) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - JUN 19, 2017
Bottle at THT tasting. Old note. The aroma has caramel, resinous hops, fruit. Bit hazy, orange coloure dbeer with a thin, off-white head. The taste is light-medium bitter and sweet, has caramel, resin, dried fruit. Medium-full bodied beer. nice.

JPDIPSO (6325) - Wauwatosa, USA - APR 3, 2016
Dark copper to umber color. Big fresh hops aromas in front with pine and citrus. Backdrop has some earthy grains, toffee, alcohol and licorice. Lightly sweet start, with some lightly toasted malt. Tropical fruit works its way in. Quite bitter in the middle with licorice and pine. Sticky resin in the finish that distracts and does not let the malt return. A touch unbalanced. 11/12
