Bottle. A clear, glowing reddish dark golden beer topped by a dense, minimal sized light beige head. The aroma is resiny and citrusy, with caramel maltyness and a nutty touch. It’s full-bodied and lightly warming on the palate with a nice carbonation level. Bitter, resiny flavor with orange zest, caramel and a nuttyness. Quite dry. Lasting finish with caramel and a good bitterness and oranges. Quite nice this one, but I think it’s a tad too dry actually. 141219 Rasmus40 (20807) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - DEC 19, 2014

As Slayer says, "Blood Red" is the color. Fresh hops with an underlying malt backbone in the aroma. It should be said that this bottle has been shared with the belching Chudwick. Kriskros would call him the wicker da wicker da wick. Then they would make you jump jump. Chudwick (3210) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - MAY 28, 2014
Bomber thanks to the nostalgic AndyReynolds into the DLD 2013 memento snifter - nose is rye and something akin to the paint thinner, which I’m told is fresh hops. Bitter. Strong. Not doing it for me but I can respect it. Batch 333/334. Fairly dry. djd07 (14561) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAY 22, 2014
UPDATED: JUL 1, 2015 Bottle thanks to Rob. Pours a clear orange amber with small white head. The aroma is strong pine hop and resin. Medium mouthfeel with strong bitter hop and grapefruit. Very nice. dinkle50 (1477) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 2, 2014
Deep red pour, slightly cloudy. Single finger head. Aroma is full of citrus, mostly grapefruit. Mouth is creamy, but not overly thick and viscous. Taste is full of grapefruit, citrus and caramel. Alcohol is super well hidden, as is the case with most beers in this style. Bitter finish. Lots of lace. orangenblu62 (39) - Illinois, USA - APR 19, 2014
Dark amber pour. Ample creamy head. Different aroma. Odd but not unpleasant just can’t place the scent. Hoppy but not bitter with a slight bite in the aftertaste. Overall good especially since I generally don’t go for hopped up brews.
