COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
As the season changes so does our imperial wit. Our classic Belgian style ale has been reborn, and it’s booming with lemony tart, berry-rich, hibiscus flowers as well as spicy, refreshing ginger root. Just like the spring equinox, all things are in balance with this brew.

_angst_ (5009) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 30, 2015
Bottle shared at RBScSG in Gothenburg. pours very hazy pale milky yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some small trace on the glass. Smell is spicy and perfume-like with crackers, hay, dry soil, coriander, ginger, cloves and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter and spicy. Mouthfeel is soft, round, spicy astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with crackers, white bread, hay, dry soil, coriander, ginger and lemon zest. Way too heavy focus on the spices...

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy amber with a huge off white head. Aroma is soapy, citrusy and floral. Ginger, hibiscus and lemonish. Strange mix. Mellow yeasty. Light herbal and soapy. Citrusy finish. Not my thing.

jjgmd (2264) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - JUN 7, 2015
With Z , pours a dirty copper rusty color with an ephemeral soapy sudsy head. Nose is grainy, floral with some cloves and ginger. Taste is yeasty, with upfront ginger though and through complemented with floral notes. Finish is light and ends on the same tasting notes with a moderately long ending . Not a big witbier fan at all, but with the right aromatics the Pipework crew made this one work ! quaff score 8 / 10
