Pours a dark golden with white head. Aromas are dank, over ripe tropical fruit, and very sweet corn malts. Flavors are sweet malts, dank herbal hops. Quite sweet. hopscotch (11170) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - AUG 3, 2014
Bottle... Pours murky and golden with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The bouquet is a marriage of fruity, resiny cascade hops and toasted, caramely malts. Full-bodied with modest carbonation. The flavor is both malty and hoppy - age has taken some of the bitter edge off. Strong caramel malt backbone. Still, it tilts bitter, but not by much. Mid-length, bittersweet finish. Bottle courtesy of BBB63! jjgmd (2212) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - MAR 2, 2014
Bomber via Archer Liquors , Chicago, pours a hazy burnt orange copper color with a small head. Nose is sweet like sniffing a tropical freshly cut tropical fruit bowl . Taste is sweet citrus, very subdued bitterness with the alcohol well blended and hidden. Drinks so easily and comfortably with a bittersweet finish. A premier brewery, thanks Randy. Pours a hazy golden orange with an off white head and aroma of citrus, grapefruit, and fresh hops. Taste is delicious, nice deep citrus, grapefruit, hops, tropical fruit, and caramel with a dry, slight butter finish. Another great entry in the ninja series

Sample from batch #239-240-241 at Kurtkeller 004: Pipeworks-tastic 01 on 01/18/2014. The beer is a slightly cloudy copper-amber color with a thick off-white head that dissipates slowly. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, citrus and toasted malt. Medium to full body with flavors of citrusy hops, caramel malt and pine. The finish is moderately bitter with a grapefruit and hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall. 48FanInCali (851) - California, USA - DEC 31, 2013
Bomber - citrusy and slightly piney. Sweeter than most. Gorgeous lacing and color. Medium bodied. Another solid beer from Pipeworks.

Shared with family on Christmas Eve. Pours a slightly murky copper color with a thin head. Spotty lacing. As with all other Ninja beers, this is big and hoppy. Bitter and sweet tropical fruit flavors of papaya, grapefruit, and mango. Resin notes provide some stickiness. This has a pretty big caramel malt bill. Noticeable alcohol makes it slightly less easy to consume than some other Ninjas. Not as good as Citra or Ninja vs Unicorn but this is solid. AWISLguy (3224) - Wisconsin, USA - DEC 23, 2013
Bomber from the Art of Beer, batch 240. Pours an orangey yellow with a white head leaving a lot of streaky lacing. Aroma has sweet fruits, citrus and pine with caramel back. Taste is of oranges & grapefruits, spicy pine needles, some onion-y herbs and resin with a solid malt backbone. Medium bodied and sticky. Some alcohol presence. Finishes to the bitter side of bittersweet with some length. Solid tasty DIPA. Sammy (12491) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 21, 2013
Great treatment of the Cascade hop. Orange and mango and papaya flavours. Dangerously drinkable.
