Great beer! Dark brown, almost black. Has a light brown head, lasting. Aroma is harmonic, mixed roasted, soft laqurice, coffee, port-wine. Flavor starts sweet, long duration, light roasted, dry coffee, soft laqurice, modereate bitter finish. Creamy texture. Tulle (369) - DENMARK - NOV 16, 2013

Bottle, 22oz. It’s a really dark brown beer, topped by a dense, finger-thick tan head. Lots of coffee in the aroma, really loads of it, with dark chocolate and some alcohol. A bit one-dimensional, and that goes for the flavor too. Still, it’s really wonderful. It’s lighlty warming on the palate, full-bodied and quite soft, with the coffee dominating the flavor. Long, warming and coffee dominated finish. Love the coffee in this one, but to be honest it’s sort of boring besides that. 131026 Meilby (11689) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - OCT 26, 2013

Pours pitch black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long coffee, roasted and chocolate finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle. Pours black with an off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, malt, licorice, some alcohol and chocolate. Flavor is sweet and roasted malt with some coffee, chocolate, warming alcohol, coffee and berries. Medium body, average carbonation. Torrefacto (1755) - Madrid, SPAIN - OCT 18, 2013
Excelente. ansalon (4117) - Stockholm, SWEDEN, SWEDEN - OCT 18, 2013
Pours black as night with a small tan head. Swirling the viscous liquid around leaves some oily lacerations in the glass. Aroma is dominated by vanilla and coffee, with some hazelnut, chocolate, honey, dried dark fruit. Mouthfeel is quite thick and creamy. Taste is coffee, vanilla, honey, hazelnut, red currants, brown sugar. Aftertaste is a very nice blend of coffee and vanilla that lingers quite a while. Stellar.
