Bomber courtesy of a kind soul at Bold City on the RBWG Tour. Pours a brown with a tan head. Nose is big coffee, bitterness, roast, slight booze, chocolate, and earth. Flavor follows with some coffee bitterness, chocolate, roast, earth, and some sweet coffee. Finish lingers with coffee bitterness. Medium in body and very nice. Pours black with low tan head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, mild cedar wood. Taste is lightly sweet with a cedar wood, dry finish. Rich and smooth body with soft carbonation. Homer321 (5142) - Melboring, Florida, USA - MAR 1, 2014
Bottle. Not much coffee in the nose compared to the regular abduction. Flavor is similar and very much like the regular but without the harshness and tartness. I actually prefer this to the regular hut there is not much coffee. Overall a solid stout but would buy guess they added coffee to it if you didn’t tell me. dark brown. lots of coffee and vanilla. Taste is okay but very peppery, like duct tape and very bad coffee. seriously, having all 4 abductions side by side, what in the heck, guys? Why are these so bad? jbruner (5008) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - FEB 25, 2013
Bottle thanks to csteele2144 at RBWG! Pours a thick black brown with a solid tan head and light lacing. Aroma of coffee with some chocolate and vanilla sweetness. Taste is a good mocha coffee with a bitter, sticky finish. Pretty nice.

17-MAY-2013, bottle @Ølbutikken with Ulkløbben.
Dark, dark brown with low tan head.
Hard roasted aroma with dry coffee, vanilla and molasses.
Taste the same. Dry coffee, and more coffee.
Nice full body and average carbonation. Palme (4812) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUN 15, 2017
On tap @ The Gingerman. This one has a deeper dark almost cola brown looking body. On the top there’s a sidesticking medium sized darker brown head. Smelling it I get a rush of really good coffee and rich chocolate. A little toasted nuts, chicolate cake. Roasted and rich aromas. Nice. Tastes delicious also. A little on the sweet side initially, but a hefty roasted almost ashy charred tail kills that nicely. It feels good oily in the mouth and it’s just below average on the prickling carbonation. Lots and lots of chocolate powder here, cocoa and coffee mocha. A little alco sting in the back of the throat. Delicious. 15.06.2017 _angst_ (4802) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAY 25, 2013
Bomber bought @ bierkompass.de. Pours brownish black with a rather small frothy and fizzy mocha head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is sweet with roasted malts, lots of sweetened dark roast coffee, vanilla beans, dark chocolate, charred wood, burnt cookies, hay and hints of green chili and alcohol. Taste is sweet and bitter with roasted malts, dark roast coffee, bitter chocolate, sweet liquorice candy, burnt cookies, alcohol, charred wood, vanilla essence, soy sauce and hints of green chili. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly oily, round, roasted astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with roasted malts, dark roast coffee, bitter chocolate, charred wood, burnt cookies and hints of green chili and soy sauce. Good but a bit unbalanced... Bottled. Pours pitch black with a medium sized brown head with fair lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and caramel notes. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry and with some alcohol. Full bodied, oily texture and flat to soft carb. A great impy. MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - NOV 4, 2014
Bottle at the "Dean is a cheap bastard tasting cos he let Rene buy a beer from the shop and then asked to taste it for the tick" tasting. Pours a pitch black beer with a small ring of tanned head on top. Aroma of loads of coffee, light caramel and some booze detected. Flavor has loads and loads of coffee, caramel, molasses and has a quite bitter aftertaste. Nicely balanced, very decent.
