Botella.
Pours opaque black, little red on the edges, and a small fizzy tan head. A lot of molasses sweet dark fruits on the nose, brown sugar, vanilla bean, roasty coffee, and milk chocolate. Bitter, dark coffee and dark fruits up front on the taste, dark chocolate, brown sugar and caramel, toasted coconut, and ripe fruit. Really tasty, though the coffee seemed very muted. Dark roasted coffee on the nose--not much else. Black with cinnamon-colored head. Tastes of freshly brewed coffee--hey, who’d have guessed? The coffee flavor itself is more chocolatey (again, obviously) than berry/fruity like, but it is very bitter. Finishes harsh and bitter, with lingering aftertaste of...coffee. Pours a very dark, black coffee color. Medium head and some lacing. Dark roast, coffee, cocoa aromas. Distinct coffee flavor, with some bitter-sweet aftertaste. Swans (137) - FRANCE - JUN 6, 2013
UPDATED: DEC 5, 2016 Pours black with a creamy beige head. Nice appearance with a coffee-roasted-vanilla strong aroma. Nice creamy stout with a semi-dry coffee aftertaste

Big fan of this beer. Batch 66, had it in the cellar for a few years. Amazing stout, really taste the vanilla followed by the coffee. Like drinking a vanilla latte almost. Really smooth, really good.

Bomber. Batch 66. About a yr. old. Cocoa dominates the nose. Deep black with a thin tan head. Rich flavors of dark fruit and cocoa with a zing of black coffee and bitter hops at the end. Medium to thick body. A great beer. Pfeezor (48) - - JUL 9, 2014
