Batch 66, just opened on 4/20. Black pour slight head. Strong iced coffee taste and aroma touch of maltiness. Thickeer than your average imperial by a touch. Coffee still fresh despite 4-5 month old bottle. This was really good and much better than the standard abduction. fattybladdy (628) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - MAY 24, 2013
22oz bottle. Pours a viscous black with a thin tan head, aroma of roasted coffee. Taste is sweet coffee, vanilla, chocolate. Quite tasty and well done. zgaier (1951) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - MAY 29, 2013
Pours pitch black with a brown head and strong aroma of coffee and espresso. Taste is strong as well, lots of heavy coffee and espresso with chocolate and roasted malt and a long, warming finish. Excellent brew with a lot of coffee flavor. ICEatALAMO (1349) - Troy, Michigan, USA - AUG 24, 2013
Bottle. The pour is dark with a very light brown head that fades quickly. The aroma is coffee in your face, with some malt that comes through. The taste is very nice. Thicker than I was expecting, The coffee is not overpowering, a little boozy. Very nice beer. ansalon (3795) - Stockholm, SWEDEN, SWEDEN - OCT 18, 2013
Pours black as night with a small tan head. Swirling the viscous liquid around leaves some oily lacerations in the glass. Aroma is dominated by vanilla and coffee, with some hazelnut, chocolate, honey, dried dark fruit. Mouthfeel is quite thick and creamy. Taste is coffee, vanilla, honey, hazelnut, red currants, brown sugar. Aftertaste is a very nice blend of coffee and vanilla that lingers quite a while. Stellar.

Great beer! Dark brown, almost black. Has a light brown head, lasting. Aroma is harmonic, mixed roasted, soft laqurice, coffee, port-wine. Flavor starts sweet, long duration, light roasted, dry coffee, soft laqurice, modereate bitter finish. Creamy texture. Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 10, 2013
Pours thick, dark black like oil without much of a head. The aroma brings smooth delicious roasted coffee and some smooth booze. The body is creamy, not too full, with big flavors of coffee and smooth spicy malts, almost like bourbon barrel going on here. pwnzilla61 (9) - - JAN 15, 2014 does not count
chocolate, coffee, roasty, vanilla, smoke, black, brown foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, full body, creamy, thick feel, oily feel, soft carbonation, long finish. Pretty darn good coffee stout, one of the more creamer coffee stouts out there, like the vanilla behaves as a creamer to the coffee. Seek out if you love coffee. arminjewell (9584) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - FEB 2, 2014
Pour out of 22 oz bottle, dark black pour with tan head, aroma brought notes of big coffee, dark fruit, roast, hints of vanilla, chocolate, slight earthy, grainy notes, nice. Taste is a mix of dark chocolate, roast, hints of vanilla, nice big coffee, espresso notes, hints of dark fruit in there, finishing bitter, dry, chocolatey. orangenblu62 (39) - Illinois, USA - APR 4, 2014
UPDATED: APR 5, 2014 Strong coffee aroma. Pour is black with quickly dissipating tan head. Initial taste of coffee with a high APV burn. Sweet finish. Minimal carbination. Would’ve liked a few more bubbles. If you don’t like coffee you won’t like this beer.
