Bottle shared by dudabide. Poured hazy reddish yellow color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate wheat and tart fruit aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium tart & sweet flavor with a medium sweet & tart finish of moderate duration. Interesting beer. nuplastikk (6289) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 18, 2014
750ml bottle shared by Madvike. Orange-pink body, murky. Lacy white head. The aroma isn’t that pleasant, but the taste is unique and nice. Very spritzer like. Dry, puckering cranberry tones. Unique. thome50 (1295) - Morro Bay via Orange County, California, USA - DEC 27, 2013
Bottle from a trade back in March. Poured at Christmas linner with a standing rib roast. Pours a really nice light pink with a white head. Aroma is cranberry/citrus melding that is really nice but not overpowering. Taste is cranberry on the front with a very light amount of lemon and acedic sour. Light sour with some sparkling wine like elements. Nice but the cranberry is not there as much as I would have liked. Maybe some cinnamon to make this even more "Christmas" like? hopscotch (11104) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - DEC 14, 2013
Bottle... Pours cloudy and pink with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The bouquet offers loads of lemon and cranberry. Light to medium-bodied with tingly carbonation. The flavor is fruity and super-tart with lots of astringent and acidic cranberry. Short, crisp, tangy finish. Fun stuff to drink. Bottle courtesy of BBB63! Pour from a bottle (batch #58 I think). First pour and a half was a really nice clear slightly pink color. Last pour was very cloudy (even though I left an oz or two in the bottle). Slight citrus nose. Soft tartness and something between lemon and cranberry taste with a slightly funky aftertaste.

UPDATED: OCT 29, 2013 Bottle: murky salmon color, opaque with a head that’s gone in moment. Aroma is wet hay, slightly musty funk, with a little berry fruitiness, not picking up actual "cranberry". Maybe a tiny bit. Taste is berry-ish, but not bitter like cranberry. Light acid, very mild and only a little tart, not too sour. Very faint touch of wheat and must. Bottle: The aroma consists of funky berries, cheese, must, and faint lemon. It pours a dull pink with a small pinkish-white head that quickly fades to a thin ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of mild cranberry. The finish has light musty/dusty lemon. It’s light bodied with moderate carbonation. dimenhetfield (2486) - , Florida, USA - AUG 27, 2013
Sampled at a recent tasting. While I enjoy most Pipeworks sours this one was just not as impressive as the others I’ve tried. Good cranberry flavor but it really wasn’t super sour or tart. AdamChandler (5052) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 3, 2013
Very cloudy. Lots of sediments and seeds. Light fading head
Grape seeds, tart wine nose. Raspberries and cherries
Light acidity. Thin mouthfeel. Grape skins, chalky and tart. Mild warhead candy qualities czar (9085) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 6, 2013
bottle shared by tom10101, thanks! pours dirty cloudy pale pink without a head. light red fruit plain acidity upfront with a cheese load - not very enticing. some wheat and decent lactic profile, shy if not bland fruits although acidity is clearly perceptible, some herbal and grassy notes. average to soft carbonation, light body, short herbal and lightly acidic finish. quenching it is but not very complex.
