Froggy Style is a smack to the monotony of daily life. If bleakness rains down upon your lust for life, perhaps it’s time for something new and out of the ordinary. But don’t waste time pondering existentialism. Just leap forward with whatever springs to mind and find your true head again.

Bomber shared by atom. Pours a very dark brown with a thick, frothy head. After a few min the head dissipates. Aroma of bittersweet baking chocolate, anise, and toffee. Medium bodied with a big smokey presence, the beer takes on some unexpected flavors such as tobacco, heath bar, chocolate, lacto and some earthy notes. Don’t get a lot of the wheat. Perhaps a bit in the body, or the lacto notes.. Overall, this is just a smoke bomb.

65cl bottle, served in tulip glass. Pours black with beige head. Aroma is burnt malts, dark chocolate, coffee and cookies. The flavour is quite toasty with a lot of licorice and caramel, Very sweet on the aftertaste. Medium body, good carbonation. Interesting brew, too sweet for me though (probably it has something to do with the wheat).

Great porter, creamy and velvety, a superb texture, for a chocolate, coffee and a subtle smoky touch in the mouthfeel. The overall is very well balanced, tasty and elegant, with no trace of alcohol, masterly hidden. Nevertheless, it could have a slightly stronger aroma. In any case, as it is said, a great porter.
