White Stout brewed with Lactose Sugar with Cacao, Coffee, and Vanilla added. Way out west there’s this beer . . . beer I wanna tell ya’ about. Beer by the name Hey, Careful Man, There’s a Beverage Here. Beer inspired by a certain Dude’s favorite potable. This Imperial White Milk Stout is brewed with vanilla beans, an abideable amount of cacao nibs and cold-pressed coffee that really tied the beer together, did it not? It is the perfect oat soda for those days when you’re out of your element and all you can do is say, "F it, Dude, let’s go bowling."

Batch 299 302. Interesting. Brown and clear with a good nose but not sure how to describe it. Carmel maybe. Thick body and sweet flavor with vanilla and molasses and a hint of coffee. Unique... truly.

Bottle at beerlovers bar 1st anniversary birthday party. thnx to Vincent for sharing ! Pours dark, clear amberblonde. Smell is spiced. Taste is mild spice, hidden coffee. touch of roast. no real Vanilla / Cocoa to me. I did get a very, very strong apple taste, in a complex manner reminding of apple brandy/calvados, but not as boozy. very unique taste !

Bottle: Thanks Joes: Served in a taster: Almost clear chemical orange body. Hardly a head... Nose of coffee crush, mocha, marzipan, light roast, alcoholic... Flavour is mily/lactose, sweet, bitter, alcohol, milk chocolate, chocolate, mocha.... sweet.. Aftertaste is sweet lactose, chocolate, bitter... Low carbo, creamy silky mouthfeel, strange medium bodied. Strange but decent...

Bottle @ Joes shared by Joes. Clear somewhat amber-ish color, small off-white head. I only get lightly malts, chocolate, vanilla, light coffee and mocha in the aroma. Which is awesome! Taste lightly malts, vanilla, mocha, chocolate, sugary, milk chocolate. After a while though it gets more and more sugary to a point where it gets too much. Still though, decent.

Head dissipated in an eyeblink, still good carbonation in hazy orange-amber beer. ??? Carrots...???, ginger, clay, herbs... Maybe a whiff of cacao, sniffing very well... Vanilla very prominent in the taste (ouf!! Thought already I had an erroneously filled bottle). Sweet, bit of alcohol (-sweetness and -warming). After a while, indeed again cacao and even milkchocolate. Feels pretty carbonated; quite slick to oily, at least medium bodied. Not only it’s weird, puts one utterly on the wrong foot, but foremost, I’m getting seriously nostalgic to the times when breweries called their beers "stout", "bitter", "wit"... Hey Careful Men, There’s a Beverage Here! White Russian Imperial Milk Stout. SERIOUSLY?!

Mocno słodkie, waniliowe i czekoladowe. Coś pomiędzy risem z wanilią a ciężkim barley wine z beczek po Bourbonie.

From the bottle. Pours light brown. Aroma is sweet, with nuts, figs, liquor. Body is dense and sticky. Taste is a nice combination of sweet and bitter, with a pleasant long finish.

@Ulfborg Scooper. Clear amber, offwhite head. Surprising. Coffee aroma, notes of dried fruit or vanilla. Sweet coffee bean flavour, caramel, almost sugary, something fruity. Alc warmth. Interesting.
