COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
White Stout brewed with Lactose Sugar with Cacao, Coffee, and Vanilla added. Way out west there’s this beer . . . beer I wanna tell ya’ about. Beer by the name Hey, Careful Man, There’s a Beverage Here. Beer inspired by a certain Dude’s favorite potable. This Imperial White Milk Stout is brewed with vanilla beans, an abideable amount of cacao nibs and cold-pressed coffee that really tied the beer together, did it not? It is the perfect oat soda for those days when you’re out of your element and all you can do is say, "F it, Dude, let’s go bowling."

Batch 299 302. Interesting. Brown and clear with a good nose but not sure how to describe it. Carmel maybe. Thick body and sweet flavor with vanilla and molasses and a hint of coffee. Unique... truly.

Hazy deep copper under a fast fading off white cap. Delightful nose of cocoa, milk sugar, coffee, vanilla, and a kiss more cocoa. Big milky vanilla flavor that’s also got a big dose of coffee and a touch of chocolate, Stout-like sweetness, creamy tones and a boozy body. Tastes weirdly similar to a White Russian. Really fun and charming with a creamy coffee chocolate milky flavor.

UPDATED: NOV 1, 2016 22 Oz bottle. Pours hazy red-brown with a thin, cream colored head. Weird aromas, coffee, butteracorch / diacetyl.. Flavor is super sweet and artificial tasting with coffee, candy sugar, vanilla. Full body with a sticky thick mouthfeel and average carbonation. Overall, too sweet, weird, not my.style.

650ml bottle from Jim’s in Mundelein, shared with bananabi11. Strangely reddish pour, little head. Nose has almost pepper, from the strong coffee - with fruit. Taste is sweet fruity, cherry, sweet malts, milk, with a touch of raspberry and chocolate. A bit all over the place.. Medium to full bodied some alcohol, the blend is decent. Finishes fairly sweet. Decent but not more. 13.7

A 10.5% sweet stout that is dark gold? Milk flavor, but not milky texture. Surprised there isnt cinnamon in here. Vanilla. Decent beer, but it confuses the senses because it tastes like a sweet stout and looks like a strong ale. Thanks Tony.

Sample during the 11th Annual Day Before Labor Day Party on 09/04/2016. Hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that recedes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of cream soda and coffee. Full-bodied with flavors of roasted coffee, cocoa and cream. The finish is sweet with a creamy coffee aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at Hops & Pie. Clear, dark orange appearance with a light tan ring of foam. Light peppery spice?, coffee, vanilla, chocolate and milky sugar in the aroma. Similar flavor, adding a moderate, lingering sweetness. Medium to full body with soft carbonation and a creamy smooth feel. Pretty solid beverage overall, man.

Pours dark golden yellow with a moderate white froth. Aroma is vanilla, coffee and lactose. Taste is a weird mess of vanilla, lactose, coffee and grassy grains. This didn’t work for me.

On tap @ Emporium - Chicago. Pour is cloudy yellow/orange with a small white head. Flavor and aroma of lactose, vanilla beans, roasted malt, mocha, and slight chocolate. Tastes like an imperial vienna lager.
