Big thanks to the Missus for picking this up. Batch #018. Powerful aroma of pine and citrus hops with a little herbal-ness too. Malt balances it well. Dry finish which I’m still thinking about what I though of it. Quite good. Serving: Bottle

Can from Boxbeers. Pale yellow with white head. Fresh, grassy with grapefruit, lemon, a bit of biscuity. Slightly resinous. Very nice.

peponi (2103) - Strzelce Wielkie, POLAND - JAN 12, 2018
Aroma: citrus notes, sweet, pine. Appearance: hazy golden color and white head. Taste: medium pine bitterness, citrus notes, malty backbone, grapefruit peel, rather balanced. Palae: medium body and medium carbonation. Overall: very good "classical" DIPA, a well-brewed beer sometimes means more than poshy things.

(Draught at Muted Horn, Berlin, 27 Aug 2017) Hazy golden colour with dense, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit and pineapple. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, passion-fruit), soft malt and and a finish with a generous citric/tropical bitterness and lots of fresh hops. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Really fresh and tasty with a generous hop presence and alcohol in the background. Very nice.

Can from Trader Joe's. Aroma is lush fruits. Full bodied, tastes of creamy citrus with very smooth bready malts. A bit of hot turpentine alcohol throws it off a bit. Very bitter but smooth and balanced finish.

sawbuck (778) - Round Lake, Illinois, USA - OCT 8, 2017
Canned date 9/12/17. Nice pungent aroma of fresh citrus, grapefruit and a hint of lemon and mellon. Cloudy light orange color with a white head. Sweet malt up front. Carmel quickly drowned out with layers of citrus and then a punch of bitterness from hops. Thinner than expected mouth feel. Finish is somewhat balanced with a tiny alcohol burn at the end. Milder than expected for an imperial, but good.

Been seeking this out for some time, can dated 8.30.17..collectible can with some memorable artwork, pours a great golden orange color with 1 finger head, tight carbonation, nose is citrus with some apricot n mango, mouthfeel is really nice n silky smooth, mostly juicy but not really a juice bomb, I like the citrus hops with a real trace of west coast dipa malt presence, Midwestern ipa that mostly leans to Northeast, lingering mouthfeel of juicy hops is solid, a nicely put together dipa that is worth seeking out
