Fukito (1064) - Santiago, - MAR 13, 2017
Pours a hazy shinny light golden with a medium white head. Aroma is strong peach with some pineapple and mango, very fruity. Flavor is same juiciness with a nice lingering bitter aftertaste. Medium palate, drinks more like a 6% beer. Really liked this one.

Good stuff. Not too bitter, not modern fruity. Could use a bit more body for a DIPA.

3.7
Scipio (1312) - Palatine, Illinois, USA - FEB 19, 2018
Placed in the "Thought I Rated This" category. Pours a cloudy golden with a thin white head. The aroma is pretty strong and consists of pine, peach, grapefruit, mango, resin, and some easy herbal notes. The taste isn't as robust as the aroma. Average bitterness leads to heavy grapefruit and pineapple, some peach and pine, and light elements of caramel and floral hops. The aftertaste is a long pine. Medium in body and sticky in texture. Solid.

Közepes, tartós hab, tiszta, borostyán szín. Enyhe, citrusos, kissé fűszeres illat. Grapefruitos, narancsos, mandarinos ízek, barack, ananász és más déligyümölcsök aromáival, pici gyantával. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, erősen keserű. Jól kiegyensúlyozott, jól összerakott IPA.

Can. Such a cool label! It pours hazy golden with a creamy white head. Tropical fruity aroma with spicy berry and crunchy malty notes. The flavor is quite malty and biscuity with exotic hoppy notes. Ripe orange, lemon, passionfruit and peach. Light mango maybe. Easy drinkable. Great stuff once again from Pipeworks.

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2018 Barwa mandarynkowa, zmętniona. A aromacie mnostwo zywicy jałowca, grejpfruta, spore utlenienie (najwięcej miodu). W smaku glownie chmiel i cytryna bez rewelacji ale dobrze zrownowazone. Pozniej pojawia sie troszke multiwitaminy. Cialo przyzwoite, alkohol rewelacyjnie ukryty, zero zalegajacej goryczki, wysycenie ponizej przecietne. Piwo bardzo porzadnie uwarzone, bardziej polwytrawne, niesamowicie pijalne. Update: co ciekawe w kazdej puszce na pierwszy plan wybija sie co innego

Pours a deep gold, orange coloration with a medium foamy head. Smells of biscuity malt and tropical fruit: passion fruit, guava, pineapple with a hint of citrus fruit: grapefruit, tangerine, lime. Taste follows the nose, with a hoppy tropical/citrus taste and just a hint of biscuity malt. Notes of passion fruit, guava, pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine and lime. This is a very mellow DIPA in the nicest possible terms. Not a hint of boozyness or bubblegum to this, with very nicely balanced, slightly understated, tropical/citrus fruit character and a medium/high bitterness in the aftertaste. Great stuff indeed.

Tap @Taphouse. Hazy orange, white froth. Piney, peachy and caramely aroma. Similar flavour, fruity with lasting hoppy bitterness. Sweet with herbal finish.

Virkelig god IPA. Tung fylde med masser af humle, sødme og balanceret krop.

Can. Enormous thanks Sandi! Poured a hazy golden-amber body. Peachy, orangey, grapefruity creamy aroma with light herbal touches. Hops everywhere! Creamy taste, herbal, orangey and peachy notes, ending dry. Light herbal notes, no alcohol anywhere. Hop burps ensue! This is well deserving of its high scores!

Another beaten up can. Pours hazy golden yellow, three fingers thick compact head. Aroma is hoppy but delicate, orange, pineapple, slightly malty. It's not overwhelming but one can get all the flavours and the mix is very good. Taste is quite bitter at first then sweet malts come in to round and complement. I fell a bit of alcohol warming too, but the beer is totally drinkable. Perfectly balanced bittersweet. Mouthfeel is great, the medium body and texture are enhanced by a right amount of carbonation. So juicy and tasty, a great IIPA.
