This dipa is just amazing! The aroma and appearance is very deceiving. Fell in love with the first sip. Loving the balance of the hops and alcohol. Kind of bummed I only have 1 bottle.

Can from Trader Joe's. Aroma is lush fruits. Full bodied, tastes of creamy citrus with very smooth bready malts. A bit of hot turpentine alcohol throws it off a bit. Very bitter but smooth and balanced finish.

Canned date 9/12/17. Nice pungent aroma of fresh citrus, grapefruit and a hint of lemon and mellon. Cloudy light orange color with a white head. Sweet malt up front. Carmel quickly drowned out with layers of citrus and then a punch of bitterness from hops. Thinner than expected mouth feel. Finish is somewhat balanced with a tiny alcohol burn at the end. Milder than expected for an imperial, but good.

Been seeking this out for some time, can dated 8.30.17..collectible can with some memorable artwork, pours a great golden orange color with 1 finger head, tight carbonation, nose is citrus with some apricot n mango, mouthfeel is really nice n silky smooth, mostly juicy but not really a juice bomb, I like the citrus hops with a real trace of west coast dipa malt presence, Midwestern ipa that mostly leans to Northeast, lingering mouthfeel of juicy hops is solid, a nicely put together dipa that is worth seeking out

Pours a hazy golden color with medium white head. Tropical fruits are very present on the aroma, mango, papaya, passion fruit and grapefruit, with orange and lime zest in the back. Taste follows the nose, lots of tropical notes, with sweet citrus and herbs, finishing with a strong bitter aftertaste.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2017 Can from Binny's in Chicago - as the guy in there said 'that's gonna be hard to beat!' It's the gold standard for me now. Still trying to find something in the UK that comes close.

Beautitiful dark hazy yellow with an effortless clean full pure white whippy head. Good tropical fresh nose. Some dancing acidity from the onset followed by a long resiny bitter taste before ending with a refreshing tropical fruity zing. I think the unicorn won this round but the ninja was typically shadowy and frequently came out of nowhere throughout the bout.
