Dark amber pour with a khaki head. Really spicy nose. Lots of pepper and caraway. Chocolate, smoke, and meaty, some cinnamon, and a bit of earth. The flavor is a bit reminiscent of pastrami. Meaty, smokey, and peppery. Caraway, pumpernickel, and a touch of chocolate. Sweet bread, cinnamon, and a bit earthy.

Bomber to a tulip. Batch 543. The beer pours very dark brown with a thin tan head and little lacing. Aroma is full of spices. Nutmeg, allspice, ginger, cinnamon, clove, and coriander are super apparent. I can pick up the mustard seed as well. Taste is similar to the spices. It’s also fairly malty and has a bit of hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is somewhat sticky, and the flavors stick around. This beer is well executed, but feels kind of wrong at the same time, like it should not have been made. (bottle - 22 oz) Dark brown pour with a thick tan head. Aroma is predominantly clove and coriander. Didn’t get any of the other supposed pickling spices. Flavor is basically cloves. Not much else. Kind of a let down.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with reddish reflexes and coffee-like brownie medium head that goes into nice lacing although when poured again it acts like coca-cola. After a while it becomes completely flat. Aroma is very rich and intriquing, resembles me a good...burger. Sweet-sour sauce based on mustard, white dry wine, light roasted note, brown sugar, light corriander, vanilla, pepper. It is very well .balanced and actually made me quite hungry :-) Taste is malty sweet with spicy sensations on the tongue and bitter finish. Some pepper spices in the aftertaste, very cool. Perfect body for such beer, a bit oily but very smooth, creamy, almost coffee-like or stoutish in this regard. I was afraid about drinkability but it is quite high. W aromacie pomarańcze z goździkami, wędzonka objawiająca się czymś na kształt wędzonej papryki, banan, wanilia, cynamon... Spójny i genialny! W smaku słodkie, sporo mlecznej czekolady, lekko kwaskowe, na finiszu wędzonka, wyraźny posmak musztady i kolendry. Konsystencja kremowa, alkohol dobrze ukryty, wyczuwalny w przelyku. Now this is a nice winter beer! Pepper catch, ginger, cloves, coriander. Combined with a nice smoky malt body. This belongs under the christmas tree. Hot spiciness. Great!
