Beautiful appearance with an orange color, nice small bubbles and a good amount of white foam. Aroma is hoppy and yeasty, floral notes and a bit peppery. In the taste, the full spicy complexity comes through: ginger, aetheric pepper, slightly peppery finish. Foamy mouthfeel, light body as it should be for a Saison. Very good. Bottle (22 oz). Thanks to Rich for this one! Cloudy orange/amber with a huge off-white head and heavy lacing. Aroma is quite spicy with bread and citrus/orange peel. Taste isn’t much better and is also too spicy (not too peppery, just too weirdly spicy) with breadied malt, citrus and alcohol. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Bottle at Tom?s. Lightly hazy gold pour with thick foamy white head. Aroma is really spicy, tons of floral pepper notes, perfumy. Taste is peppery, malty, strong yeasty character with something slightly vegetal. Palate is med bodied with good carbonation. Not bad but a bit overly aromatic, I got very quickly saturated with this one.

UPDATED: AUG 28, 2014 Bottle: Thanks, Ed. Deep, yellow body with just a touch of haziness; super volatile, foamy white head on top. Aroma of bready yeast, generic spiciness, peppercorns, & a touch of heat... smells like chili peppers just a little bit. Muzzled, kind of messy. Taste is loaded with dry & clean saison yeast, bread, & some gummy clove notes. Peppercorns hammer hard mid-palate to add a bit of zest. Mint, yeast, & dry paper notes in the finish. Bottle: The aroma consists of citrus, florals notes, orange peel, and peppercorns. It pours a mostly transparent gold with just a touch of haze. It has a large white head that fades to a thin film. The flavor starts with citrus and faint cotton candy. He finish has light-moderate floral notes, orange peel and peppercorns. It’s light bodied with lively (bordering on prickly) carbonation.

Pours very hazy gold with tons of white head. Took forever to pour. Aroma is grassy and citrus hops with saison yeast. Nice yeast profile with lots of interesting spice to it. Balanced well with the nice floral citrus hop profile. Really good.
