Bomber poured a clear gold with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of straw, dankness, earthiness and pine resin. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, earthiness, dankness and light pine with a smooth dry moderately bitter finish.

TattooJack (518) - Illinois, USA - SEP 3, 2016
Poured from the bomber, cloudy glowing orange amber, foamy. Taste is spicy, sticky pine resin, smooth (not boozy at all considering), I should have bought 2.

MrTipple (4968) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 19, 2016
Overripe tropical fruits, mango and papaya. Clear gold, small, creamy, white head. Heavy sweet. More pine, sweet orange, other sweet citrus fruits, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Nice IIPA, but not quite up there. Keg at Local Option, Chicago.

burg326 (5482) - Florida, USA - JUL 29, 2015
Poured a darker orange color almost amber with aromas of hops, light tropical fruit, some malt and a touch of bitterness. Flavors match the aromas with nice hop bite, liked this one a lot, with a nice amount of bitterness that made you want more.

Dfonorow (2216) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 22, 2014
On tap @ Beer Camp - Chicago. Pour is hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma and flavor of light caramel, lemon zest, orange citrus, and pepper. Good.

mp_lane (98) - Indiana, USA - OCT 4, 2014
Pours amber orage, clear with good head retention. Strong smell of the simcoe hops and heavy malt base. Taste is balanced, light bitterness on the palate with a decent alcohol burn. A good single hop example double IPA.

RussianDragon (578) - - SEP 8, 2014
22 oz bottle purchased from Binney’s. Thanks Ashley! Pours a dark orange nearing red with lasting wispy white head. Aroma is diacetyl hops, wish this was fresher. Flavor is piney hop bitterness with a touch of tropical fruit, pineapple, papaya. Medium bodied, silky mouthfeel with full carbonation, diacetyl fruity finish.

Huhzubendah (3705) - Washington DC, USA - SEP 8, 2014
Bottle shared by RussianDragon. Many thanks. The beer is orange / russet and fairly hazy with a half inch of off-white head. Aromas of citrus, alcohol, bready malts, pine. These massively hopped, high alcohol beers just get on my nerves. Aggressive alcohol heat / sharpness in the finish. Lacking subtlety and grace. An in your face onslaught of hops and malt. Not entirely bad, but not my preference for the style. There are many DIPAs in the 8-10% abv range that reign far superior. This concludes my rant. Put a freaking date on the bottle. Seriously.

kkleu357 (634) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 4, 2014
Deep amber color with a big white fluffy head. Earthy hoppy aroma. Very earthy slight pine taste. Slightly sweet. Heavy mouthfeel. Lots of alcohol taste. It’s ok.

Steasy66 (1155) - Minnesota, USA - AUG 29, 2014
Hazy tan, no head. Big and fruity nose a bit herbal. Super sweet, not much hop flavor. Not the best.
